We are hosting an open morning to showcase some of our group fitness classes that will give you a bit of an idea of what training at Equal Fitness is like – all free of charge. At Equal we firmly believe ‘fitness is for everybody‘ and we strive to make it as accessible, affordable and as fun as possible. We are also a family friendly gym and provide a safe and enclosed chill-out area for kids, so you can bring them along too!

For our open morning we have 3 classes on offer (more information on these below) followed by our new kids specific fitness class. If you enjoy whats on offer and want to do more, there will be on the day discounts for big savings on both our casual passes and memberships!

7:30am - 8:15am

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) or time based workout moving from station to station. Think slam balls, battle-ropes, sandbags & more! This will get you strong and agile in no time. Work at YOUR OWN level and push to YOUR LIMITS.


8:30am - 9:00am

A 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only your bodyweight and a STEP. A HIIT class that is accessible for all – use the step to decrease the load for beginners or increase for those seeking to push themselves to new limits! Whatever your level – get ready to sweat, this ain’t no aerobics ozstyle!

Kettle Strong

9:15am - 9:45am

Set you muscles on fire with this 30 minute all over body calorie torching workout. Choreographed to fun and energetic music that will make you move! Keep up, don’t keep up, it doesn’t matter, just as long as YOU KEEP MOVING

F.I.T for Kids

10:00am - 10:45am

Introducing Fun Interactive Training (F.I.T) for Kids. Combining traditional child-safe exercises with obstacles and challenges, kids will swing, jump, crawl, leap, climb, and traverse their way around a circuit. F.I.T for Kids aims to help improve childrens agility, hand-eye coordination and overall health and fitness in a fun and social environment. All classes are taken by our trainer Tarren who is also an active primary school teacher with nearly 10 years teaching experience.
