Our second challenge program of 2021 is now open for registrations.

With an abundance of ‘transformation challenges’ out there promising the world, this program focuses less on the mindset of ‘how much weight can you lose in x weeks’ but instead offers something a bit more educational that will help you make a sustainable lifestyle change and set you up for the longer term.

These are the first 4 weeks to a healthier, fitter & stronger you.

Training Made Fun

Group Fitness Training

Train with us as many times as you like over the course of our 4 week challenge. Our bootcamp style workouts cover a wide variety of exercise styles including: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Bodyweight, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning and Functional Training – our workouts are accessible for all levels of fitness. Keep the mind engaged and the body will follow – variety & consistency are key!

Sessions are outdoors and available in both Port Melbourne at J.L Murphy Reserve and Sandridge Beach as well as in Altona North in our Douglas Street home studio.

Meal Plan & Recipe Guide

One of lifes greatest questions is ‘what to have for dinner?’ Over the course of 4 weeks our meal & recipe guide will not only help you answer that, but provide you with breakfasts, lunches and snacks too! Follow along with the meal plan or jump around and utilise the recipes that appeal to you.

Beat Your Benchmark

Fitness Testing

Tracking your progress is important and the best way to do this is by doing a specific fitness test at the start and end of the challenge. Whether your progress is fast or slow, this helps us make sure that all the hard work you’re putting in is propelling you towards your goals! Seeing your progression is motivating. More motivation helps you be consistent, and consistency is what gets you results!
