We slow things down a little and focus on technique and fatiguing those muscles. With a combination of body weight and resistance exercises, you will improve your overall body strength over time.

Team Challenge

Our Saturday morning social workout where you’ll train as a team and tally up the exercises to complete the required total. Although the goal of the workout is team-based – you train at your own desired individual intensity. Expect a mixture of bodyweight, functional exercises with a side of bootcamp – there will be lots of variety and plenty to do!
